Getting Started

Logging in to the backoffice

Use your backoffice credentials to access the dashboard.

  1. 1Go to the backoffice login page.
  2. 2Enter your username and password.
  3. 3Click Sign In.
Tip: Team members log in via the Team Login screen using credentials provided by the shop owner.

Dashboard overview

The dashboard is your command center. The top shows key stats (orders, revenue, customers), and the navigation lets you jump between modules.

  1. 1Review the hero stats at the top for a quick health check.
  2. 2Use the navigation to open Customers, Orders, Invoicing, and more.
  3. 3Your available modules depend on your subscription plan.
Note: Higher tiers (Professional, Enterprise) unlock more modules.

Navigating the backoffice

Move between modules using the navigation bar.

  1. 1Click a module name to open it.
  2. 2Each module loads its own panel without leaving the dashboard.
  3. 3Use the Help (?) button any time for in-context guidance.
