Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — including repair history, vehicles, quotes, and messages — will be permanently removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Send a Deletion Request Email

Email us at support@otophyx.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include Your Account Details

  • The email address associated with your OtoPhyx account
  • Your full name
  • A brief reason for deletion (optional, but appreciated)

Identity Verification

Our team will verify your identity to ensure only you can delete your account. We may reply with a follow-up question.

Confirmation & Deletion

Once verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. You will receive a confirmation email within 30 days of your request.

  • Payment methods and transaction records
